Send a wide view of the damaged side, a photo from an angle, and a close-up of the damage. Include the car’s year, make and model, your name and a callback number. Photos help us see where to start; they do not show everything behind a panel.
Show the whole area first
Stand back far enough to show the affected side or corner of the car. That gives us a reference for where the damage sits. Then take a closer picture showing the panel edges, nearby lights and any gaps that look different.
Take photos in daylight when possible. Avoid reflections that hide the dent. A second angle often makes a crease much easier to see than one straight-on photo. Only take pictures where it is safe to stand.
Add close-ups and a short description
Show cracks, chipped paint and loose pieces without removing or pulling on anything. Include a photo of the other affected area if the damage goes around a corner or onto another panel.
In the email, say when the damage happened, which parts are affected, and whether you have noticed any new warning lights, noises or problems opening doors. If you already have a claim number, mention that a claim is open; we can discuss the details when we speak.
Email the photos, then keep the originals
Use the email link on our contact page and attach the pictures in your email app. Our phone is a landline, so it cannot receive text messages. Avoid sending a collage or screenshot if you have the original images.
A photo review is a starting point. We may need to see the vehicle before writing a repair plan or confirming a price. Damage behind a bumper or trim may only become visible during inspection.
